Ricevo da un mio contatto alcune proposte interessanti per trascorre un soggiorno a Barcellona. Gli appartamenti che mi mette a disposizione sono molto carino e molto centrali… a prezzi molto vantaggiosi sia per un breve soggiorno che per un lungo termine.
La qualità delle immagini che ho ricevuto è bassa, ma rendono l’idea di appartamenti davvero confortevoli. E poi… l’host… ragazz* vi giuro è uno strafigo!! Andrei a Barcellona solo per vedere lui.. senza nessuna offesa per la mia amica Germana che mi aspetta da qualche mese! E di sicuro, appena il mio budget me lo permetterà… andrò a verificare personalmente!

Yes, I have availability for you…from 20€/person/day or 250€/person/month without asking for any month of deposit and more offers depending in the size of the mounted bedroom or bedroom, if it´s inside or outside, the privacy and the ventilation that you will choose or 130€/daily for maximum 4 persons and 20€ plus for each aditioned pe,rson if you take it in exclusive. This is multiple offers on the same building: a few flats for days and others for months.
By the way… When do you wanna visit them because we are some neigthbourgs and we have some differents bedrooms in some flats of some buildings and each of us take cares of its own propierty?

You would save in hotel and meals outside expenses… being allowed to use the whole flat and with your own keys.
It´s located behind Passeig de Gracia, in the center of Barcelona, in the heart of Eixample, just 4 bloqs up street Catalonia Square, Passeig de Gracia is the nearest underground, airbus and train stations. I personally custom cleaning and flat maintenance daily and the laundry as well from Monday to Sunday, including holidays. With the expenses of water, gas, light, Wi-Fi internet, digital TV, national phone calls, international and mobile, towels, paper & soap for bathroom and for kitchen, sheets, crockery, household and the cleaning and laundry daily included in the price and we don´t ask for any motnh of deposit, neither any bank warrantie nor any contract of work..

Every guest will have to make a 50€ deposit for his own set of keys and provide DNI or passport information. Deposit will be returned by check out.
For booking and being waited for, we will need mobile phone number, exact date and time of arrival to central Barcelona, Passeig de Gracia area, and departure date and time.
